We can custom tailor a program for your company. The following guidelines are suggestions as to how we can serve you best.

Special FX® is a custom JIT manufacturer. We don’t publish a price list. We want to be able to give you the very lowest price and fastest delivery time for your product. With that in mind, we will provide you with a written quotation based on quantities and colors. We will provide product evaluation samples at little or no additional cost.

When your Purchase Order is received, we put it directly into the production schedule. General turn around time, based on quantity, is two to three weeks from receipt of your Purchase Order or supplied substrate. Orders needing to be expedited faster than this 2-3 week lead time requires an additional 20% Rush Charge. Freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer, but we do work with our customers to make sure that freight discounts on large orders are available, either through your shipper or ours. We pass our freight discounts on to you.

Products submitted for coloring services are tested for color match, stability of color, and intended use. All tested products are covered under our limited warranty. All OEM accounts are held in strict confidence.

Special FX® Lighting can match any standard theatrical media color. Custom color samples sent to FX for matching will be returned when order ships. Color temperature adjustments can be made to your Kelvin specification. UV block is also available. Diffusion in various types and intensities can be added to any color for any FX® product.
