Fade•Not® X•Film™ is produced using a high temperature polymer film with Fade•Not® coating. The combination of these
two materials produces a gel with up to 30 times the longevity of
standard gel. Specify Fade•Not X•Film for long life in applications
where all other gel fades (turns clear).
If gel turns brown/black,
specify EZ-Glass™ or Dichro-X™ glass for permanent life.
FX® Outdoor Poly is manufactured using the best commercial grade
polycarbonate. UV absorbers are inherent to the polycarbonate and
are also added to the coloring process to prevent premature degradation,
providing the longest life possible. Fade•Not® Outdoor Poly can last years
when used within standard operating temperatures. Fade•Not® Outdoor Poly
is rigid, yet flexible enough for a variety of uses. Standard thicknesses (milliinches or inches) are:
5 mil, 20 mil, 30 mil, 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" with custom sizes available.
